Thermal modernisation and renovation of residential buildings in Tychowo

Summary

The contract covers thermal modernisation and renovation of residential buildings at Kochanowskiego Street 1–3, 5, 6 and 7 and Szczecinecka Street 4 in Tychowo. The works include facade works, replacement of apartment and staircase windows, replacement of external doors, roofing works, electrical installations, heat-pump installations and photovoltaic installation, including renovation of the roof coverings. The contract period is up to 12 months from signing. The bid must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 10:00 and must be preceded by the mandatory site visit held on 24 August 2026 at 08:00. The bid bond is PLN 50,000, and the performance security is 1.5% of the total gross bid price. Offers are assessed by price at 60% and warranty period at 40%.
