Summary

The procurement concerns construction works at the contracting authority’s administrative building in Poznań and is divided into two parts. Part 1 covers renovation of the flat roof above the archive rooms, removal of redundant ventilation and air-conditioning ducts, construction of a bicycle shelter and renovation of the entrance; the works are to be completed within 130 days. Part 2 covers refurbishment of a kitchen, corridor recess and social room on the second floor, including water and sewage, electrical installation and kitchen furniture; the works are to be completed within 110 days. Offers may be submitted for both parts and must be submitted electronically via the purchasing platform by 17 September 2026 at 08:00. Price accounts for 60% and the completion period for 40% of the evaluation. A bid guarantee of PLN 12,700 is required for Part 1.
