Reconstruction of a former locomotive depot and conversion into a base for electric public-transport buses

Summary

The contract concerns the reconstruction of a former locomotive depot and its conversion into a base for electric public-transport buses, including office, welfare and sanitary facilities. The works are to be completed within 12 months and include construction, demolition, renovation, structural, electrical, water and sewerage, insulation and finishing works. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026. A PLN 100,000 tender guarantee is required and must remain valid for the entire bid validity period. The minimum warranty period is 36 months. Offers will be assessed on price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
