Construction of water and sewerage networks with connections for residential development in Bądkowo Kościelne

Summary

The contract covers construction of a water supply network and sanitary sewer network with connections for residential development in Bądkowo Kościelne. The works include 87.7 m of PE HD water pipeline, 162.2 m of sanitary sewer, 26.6 m of sewer connections, seven concrete inspection chambers and one above-ground fire hydrant, together with earthworks, testing, surveying, site restoration and completion formalities. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 09:00, in Polish, with a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and warranty/defects liability period at 40%; bidders may offer 36, 48 or 60 months.
