Expansion of Kolejowa Street between Wilcza Street and Wczasowa Street in Ełk

Summary

The contract concerns the expansion of Kolejowa Street in Ełk between Wilcza Street and Wczasowa Street. The works cover approximately 284 m of road, including a bituminous carriageway, intersections, sidewalks, driveways, a red bituminous pedestrian and cycle path, drainage, water supply with connections, street lighting, telecommunications infrastructure, CCTV and environmental monitoring, utility conflict relocations, road markings and landscaping. The contract period is 220 days from signing, excluding 15 December 2026 to 15 March 2027 from the calculation. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 60 points and warranty 40 points; the minimum warranty is 36 full months. A 5% performance security is required before contract signature.
