Summary

The tender concerns recurring inspection, repair, maintenance, calibration and legalisation services for LTI 20/20 TRUCAM I and TRUCAM II laser speed meters used by the Łódź regional police and its local units. The contract will run for 18 months and does not allow variants or bids for separate lots. The contractor must have the technical facilities, knowledge and experience required for this equipment, collect each device within 5 working days, complete the service within the offered deadline of no more than 15 working days, and return it at its own cost and risk. Each completed service must be documented with a service report, calibration certificate and legalisation certificate. Repairs must use only factory-new spare parts; the warranty must cover spare parts for at least 12 months and repairs for at least 6 months. Offers are scored on price (60%) and service completion time (40%). The offer deadline is 28 August 2026 at 10:00.
