Renovation of the Heroes of the Battle of Mokra Monument – Stage 1, Part 1

Summary

The contract covers renovation of the Heroes of the Battle of Mokra monument, stage 1, part 1. The works include dismantling and restoring monument elements, reconstructing retaining walls, installing damp-proof insulation, preparing substructures and new surfaces for the monument square and stairs, and finishing the walls with architectural concrete. The works must comply with the design documentation, permits, conservation officer requirements and construction standards, and must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract. The estimated value is PLN 218,346.23 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 2,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are assessed on price (80%) and the contractor's warranty period (20%); the warranty must be at least 60 months and periods up to 84 months receive additional evaluation credit.
