Renovation and reconstruction of part of the rooms in the primary school building in Studzian

Summary

The tender covers renovation and reconstruction works in part of the primary school building in Studzian, including rooms for the school library, headteacher, secretariat and speech therapist, as well as classroom, kitchen, sanitary and corridor areas. The works include partition walls, door openings, finishes, sanitary facilities, suspended ceilings, painting, fittings and complete water, sewage, heating, hot-water, ventilation, air-conditioning, lighting, socket and LAN installations. The works must be completed within 100 days, while the remaining school building remains in use; shift work and work on non-working days may therefore be necessary. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price at 60% and warranty and guarantee period at 40%. A tender guarantee of PLN 5,000 is required.
