Delivery of a high-pressure helium compressor for the Faculty of Physics of the University of Warsaw

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery, installation, configuration and test commissioning of one high-pressure helium compressor for the Faculty of Physics of the University of Warsaw. The compressor must compress helium from a buffer balloon into bundles of pressure cylinders and meet the specified technical requirements, including a working pressure of at least 200 bar, pumping capacity of at least 80 m3/h, helium leak rate of no more than 0.1 mbar·l/s, maximum dimensions of 2.0 m x 1.3 m x 1.8 m, maximum weight of 1,200 kg, power consumption below 45 kW and protection class IP55 or higher. Delivery must be completed within 84 days of signing the contract. The bid deadline is 28 August 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 60% and delivery time 40%; delivery within 30 days or less receives the full delivery-time score. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Procurement Platform.
