Construction of an SPA and wellness facility at the Sports Academy in Niewiadów

Summary

The contract covers the design and construction of an SPA and wellness facility at the Sports Academy in Niewiadów under a design-and-build formula. The contractor must prepare the full building and execution design, obtain the final building permit, carry out the structural, architectural, site-development and building-services works, supply and install the equipment, obtain the required occupancy permit, and coordinate all solutions affecting the existing facility warranty. The design phase must be completed by 29 September 2027 and the construction, equipment installation and site development by 30 May 2028. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 09:30. The award criteria are price, weighted 60%, and the qualifications and experience of the proposed personnel, weighted 40%. A PLN 10,000 bid guarantee is required.
