Construction of the LPG and central heating systems at the Lubochnia village community centre

Summary

The contract covers construction of an underground and internal LPG installation and a central heating system for the village community centre in Lubochnia, including a 6,400 dm3 above-ground gas tank, a gas boiler, flue, ventilation, hot-water and circulation systems, testing, finishing works and restoration of the site. The works must be completed within 60 days of signing the contract. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the offered warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
