Construction of a new roof for the municipal building at 9 Bohaterów Westerplatte Street in Szczytno

Summary

The contract covers construction of a new roof on the municipal building at 9 Bohaterów Westerplatte Street in Szczytno. The works include removal of the existing covering, replacement of the roof covering, battens and rotten boarding, partial replacement of gutters and sheet-metal flashings, rebuilding of chimneys, thermal insulation of the roof slope with 15 cm mineral wool and the attic floor with 10 cm mineral wool, together with scaffolding, site protection, cleaning and disposal of demolition waste. The works must be completed within 70 days of signing the contract while the building remains occupied, so the works must be phased and residents and third parties must be kept safe. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 2,200 bid guarantee is required. Evaluation is based on price (80%) and the warranty and defects-liability period (20%).
