Construction of a regional cycle route – Stage I under the design-and-build formula

Summary

The contract covers the design and construction of a 3 km section of a regional cycle route along Provincial Road 933 on Pszczyńska Street in Miedźna, from the boundary with Pszczyna municipality. The works must be completed within 22 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 80% and the additional warranty period 20%. The contractor must provide a performance security and comply with the employment-on-the-basis-of-an-employment-contract requirement. The project is co-financed under the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 programme.
