Construction of a sports hall in Okszów

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a two-storey sports hall in Okszów as the first stage of a wider school development project. The works include a sports hall with facilities, sanitary rooms, an aerobics and massage room, fixed seating for 268 people, sports courts and space for mobile stands, as well as access roads, 14 parking spaces including 4 accessible spaces, pavements, water and sewer connections, rainwater drainage, two reinforced-concrete rainwater tanks, external lighting and an electricity connection. The building will have a built-up area of 1,758.78 m², usable area of 1,978.93 m² and volume of 21,107.16 m³. The completion period is up to 30 months from contract signature. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00, with a PLN 200,000 bid guarantee. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price and a minimum 60-month quality guarantee.
