The contract concerns renovation of a 2,510 m² water reservoir (pond) on cadastral plot no. 408 in Sadkowice municipality. The works include surveying, clearing shrubs, pumping out water, removing silt with excavators, repairing and levelling embankments and adjacent areas, transporting and managing excavated silt in accordance with waste legislation, and seeding the restored slopes. Offers are assessed by price at 60% and the warranty period at 40%; bidders may offer 36, 48 or 60 months. The successful contractor must provide a performance security of 5% of the total contract remuneration.
