Construction of the Tuchola County Civil Defence Warehouse as a Base for Heavy Equipment and a Support Centre for Local Government Units in Tuchola County

Summary

The tender covers construction works in two lots: (1) construction of a civil defence warehouse serving as a base for heavy equipment and a support centre for local government units, including foundations, steel frame, PIR sandwich-panel walls and roof, flooring, gates, electrical, stormwater, monitoring, demolition and site works; and (2) hard surfacing around the warehouse with concrete paving blocks and openwork slabs. Both lots may be bid for and must be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Procurement Platform and signed with a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature. The award criteria are price (60%) and quality guarantee period (40%); the guarantee must be at least 36 months, and periods above 60 months receive no additional evaluation benefit.
