Construction of publicly accessible welfare facilities for a municipal sports field

Summary

The contract covers the construction of publicly accessible welfare facilities for a municipal sports field. The works include three modular containers for female and male changing rooms with sanitary and shower facilities, as well as administrative and storage rooms, together with water and sewage, electrical, lighting, access, parking and other site infrastructure. The total built-up area is 44.36 m²; the works include two cable boxes, two walkway lights, four floodlight poles and seven parking spaces, including one accessible space. The contract must be completed within 8 months of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must include a PLN 3,000 bid guarantee, and the selected contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price. Award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months.
