Organizing and delivering training: initial qualification for passenger transport and category D driving licence

Summary

The contract concerns organizing and delivering two training courses for one participant: initial qualification for passenger transport (280 hours) and category D driving licence training for a person holding a category B licence (80 hours). The provider must also arrange and pay for the qualification test and state examinations, including approved retake tests and examinations where applicable. Services must be completed by 31 March 2027, mainly in Konin. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and possession of a valid service-quality certificate (40%). No bid security or performance guarantee is required.
