Sports and container facilities with associated infrastructure in Żerzuszyce

Summary

The contract covers construction of a sports and container facility with associated infrastructure in Żerzuszyce. The contractor must relocate two existing containers up to 15 km, retain and adapt two others, purchase and install two new containers, connect all four, build the roof structure, install the required utility systems, and complete the site works, utilities, surfaces, landscaping, sewage and rainwater tanks, water connection and power supply. The photovoltaic installation is not required, but new external burglar-resistant roller shutters and specified glazing must be installed. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 10:00 via the procurement platform. The evaluation gives 60% to price and 40% to the warranty period; the warranty must be at least 36 months, with periods above 60 months scored as 60 months. A PLN 4,500 bid guarantee is required.
