Warehouse construction – OLiOC, Stage 1

Summary

The contract concerns the construction of a warehouse in Stage 1, including the complete enclosed structural shell, sub-floor installations and an external water connection. The works include earthworks, reinforced-concrete foundations and walls, waterproofing and XPS insulation, a steel hall structure, an industrial floor, sandwich-panel roof and walls, windows, doors, gates, internal steel stairs, an external water connection and sub-floor sewage. The contractor must also prepare a workshop design for the steel structure. The works must be completed within 3 months of contract signature. The tender deadline is 4 September 2026 at 08:00, and the bid must remain valid until 3 October 2026. The price accounts for 60% and the quality guarantee for 40%; the minimum guarantee period is 36 months and a period of 60 months receives the full guarantee score. A PLN 10,000 bid guarantee is required.
