Improving the energy efficiency of the School and Preschool Complex buildings in Reszel

Summary

The contract covers energy-efficiency improvement works at the main school building and workshop building of the School and Preschool Complex on Boleslaw Chrobry Street in Reszel. The scope includes insulation, window replacement, roof and ceiling insulation, heating-system modernisation, mechanical ventilation, electrical works, LED lighting, accessibility ramps, a heat pump and photovoltaic panels. The works must be completed within 14 months of signing the contract. The tender is submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 11:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 50,000 is required. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and quality guarantee period (40%).
