Construction of a gravity and pressure sewer network section, wastewater pumping station and sewer connections in Zapole and Lipny Bór

Summary

The contract covers construction of a section of gravity and pressure sanitary sewer network, a sanitary wastewater pumping station and sanitary sewer connections in Zapole–Lipny Bór, including the pumping station power supply and connection to the cable box and meter. The works must be completed by 31 May 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia platform by 4 September 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation criteria are gross price (60%) and warranty period (40%); only warranty periods of 36, 48 or 60 months may be offered. A PLN 15,000 bid security is required, and the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 4% of the total gross bid price.
