Reconstruction of the connecting road between Spokojna Street and Polna Street in Jankowice

Summary

The contract covers reconstruction of the connecting road between Spokojna Street and Polna Street in Jankowice. The road will be 5.00 m wide with a grey 8 cm concrete block pavement, new subbase layers, 0.75 m gravel shoulders, kerbs and temporary traffic management. The works must be completed within 3 months of contract signature and no later than 26 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 08:00. The evaluation gives 90 points for price and 10 points for an extended warranty and defects-liability period. A PLN 20,000 bid guarantee and a performance security equal to 3% of the gross bid price are required.
