Improving the Cybersecurity Level of the IT and OT Systems of the Lysomice Municipal Services Company – IT and OT Technical Area

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery of equipment and software for improving the cybersecurity of the IT and OT systems of the municipal services company in Lysomice, together with installation, configuration, integration and hardening services. The IT scope includes enterprise server infrastructure, a Synology backup server, next-generation firewall, managed switches, access points, UPS units, security software including EDR/DLP, VPN and log management/SIEM solutions, and configuration of servers, workstations and network equipment. The OT scope includes a branch router, IT/OT/ICS/IIoT hardening, IT/OT traffic segmentation, integration with central monitoring and technical implementation support; OT3 network monitoring probes are excluded. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 00:00. A PLN 10,000 tender guarantee is required. Award criteria are price (60 points) and quality warranty period (40 points); warranty periods from 36 to 60 months are scored proportionally, with 60 months or more receiving the maximum score. The contract is to be completed by 30 November 2026, and performance security is required.
