Summary

The tender covers conservation and construction works at the historic Berski Manor building in Tylmanowa, divided into two lots. Lot I concerns the reconstruction, renovation, supply and installation of wooden windows, doors and gates, with conservation programmes and approvals; the delivery period is 30 days. Lot II concerns façade repairs, external plastering, conservation, painting, rainwater and lightning-protection elements, demolition and waste disposal; the delivery period is 60 days.
