Restoration of historic spaces on the ground floor of Esterka House and adaptation to the Museum's needs

Summary

The contract covers the reconstruction of ground-floor rooms and internal electrical, low-voltage and sanitary installations, renovation of the front façade, conservation works, selected window and door replacement or renovation, accessibility improvements and installation of security, fire alarm, CCTV, LAN, heating, ventilation and cooling systems at the Esterka building of the Ethnographic Museum in Krakow. The works will be carried out in an operating listed historic building and must be completed by 28 December 2026. The bid must cover the entire contract, be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00, and include a PLN 18,000 bid guarantee. The award criteria are price (60 points), warranty period (10 points) and the experience of the construction manager (30 points).
