Modernisation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the Wysokienice school and Juvenia sports club

Summary

This is a single-lot construction works contract for modernising the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the primary school and Juvenia sports club building in Wysokienice. The works include painting, replacement of internal doors and surrounding paving at the club, and renovation of changing rooms, corridors, showers, toilets, wall and floor finishes, electrical, heating and water/sewer installations at the school. The contract period is 11 months from signing; the club works must be completed within one month and no later than 31 October 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% and the offered warranty period for 40%; the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months.
