Category B driving course delivery service at three locations

Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery of category B driving courses in Polish for up to 9 project participants, with locations in Warsaw, Mińsk Mazowiecki and Pruszków. The course must include at least 30 teaching hours of theory, with each hour lasting 45 minutes, and 30 clock hours of practical driving, as well as the costs of the internal examination, medical examinations, assistance with obtaining the Candidate Driver Profile, training materials and the external state theory and practical examinations. The service must be completed by 30 November 2026; participants must be registered for the theory examination by 6 November 2026 and for the practical examination by 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 08:00 and remain binding until 26 September 2026. Evaluation is based on gross price, weighted at 90%, and the employment of a disabled lecturer, weighted at 10%. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
