Construction of the sanitary sewerage system on Sadowa, Bukietowa, Daktylowa and Romantyczna Streets in Walendów

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a sanitary sewerage system on Sadowa, Bukietowa, Daktylowa and Romantyczna Streets in Walendów, Nadarzyn municipality. The works include approximately 1,409 m of gravity sewer pipes, approximately 851.5 m of pressure sewer pipes with an additional approximately 21 m section, 44 DN1200 manholes, two prefabricated sewage pumping stations, three pressure-release chambers, three cleaning chambers, 44 PVC inspection chambers, renovation of an existing pumping station and any necessary relocation of conflicting utilities. The works must be completed by 10 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 00:00, with a PLN 35,000 bid guarantee. Price carries 60% and the quality guarantee and defect-liability period carries 40% of the evaluation.
