Adaptation of the apartment at 3/1 Matejki Street in Siemianowice Śląskie for family-based care services under the “Family – Foundation of Safety” project

Summary

The contract covers the design and renovation of a vacant 92.89 m² ground-floor apartment at 3/1 Matejki Street in Siemianowice Śląskie. The contractor must prepare the design and execution documentation, obtain the required approvals and building permit on behalf of the contracting authority, carry out the renovation and installation works, provide and install equipment, perform author’s supervision, prepare handover documentation and provide maintenance and user information. The works must be completed within 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish via the procurement platform by 4 September 2026 at 08:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months.
