Winter maintenance of county roads in Wyszków municipality during the 2026–2027 season

Summary

The contract covers winter maintenance of county roads in Wyszków municipality from 15 October 2026 to 15 April 2027. The service includes snow clearance and removal of slush from 46.083 km of roads and 29.33 km of sidewalks and shared pedestrian-cycling paths, anti-skid treatment with salt-sand mixtures, snow removal on the contracting authority’s instruction up to 5 km, and one end-of-season sweeping. The contractor must provide materials, 24-hour duty staff and telephone communication with equipment units, maintain an equipment and materials base within 50 km of the Wyszków County headquarters, and submit the declared equipment for inspection within 5 days of signing the contract. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 00:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 2,000 is required. Award criteria are price (60%) and response time for commencing operations (40%).
