Winter maintenance of district roads in Somianka Municipality during the 2026–2027 season

Summary

The contract concerns winter maintenance of 42.059 km of district roads and 14.99 km of sidewalks and shared pedestrian-cycle paths in Somianka Municipality from 15 October 2026 to 15 April 2027. The services include snow removal, removal of slush, anti-skid treatment using abrasive mixtures, snow haulage up to 5 km when ordered, and one end-of-season sweeping. The contractor must carry out a site inspection at its own expense, provide the required materials, maintain a 24-hour duty service and telephone contact with equipment operators, and have a materials and equipment base within 50 km of the Wyszków County headquarters. A PLN 2,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are submitted electronically through the designated purchasing platform, in Polish, by 28 August 2026 at 00:00. The award criteria are price (60%) and response time for commencing operations (40%).
