Reconstruction of county road no. 3045W on the Władysławowo – Gawłowo – Cieksyn route to voivodeship road no. 571 under the design-and-build formula

Summary

The contract covers design-and-build works for the reconstruction of county road no. 3045W between the Nowy Dwór County boundary and the junction with county road no. 3046W. The contractor must prepare execution-level technical documentation, reconstruct two sections totalling approximately 1,890 m, carry out maintenance works on a further 145 m section, and design, approve and implement temporary and permanent traffic management. The reconstructed road must be widened to 5.50 m, with new pavement layers, shoulders, access roads, drainage, signage and road safety equipment. At the 145 m section, the existing 5.00 m carriageway is retained, with a 4 cm surface course replacement and shoulder and drainage works. The contract must be completed by 16 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 12:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 29,000. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
