Summary

The tender covers recurring courier services for document and goods shipments weighing up to 50 kg. It has two lots: domestic deliveries within Poland and international deliveries to EU and other countries worldwide. The service includes door-to-door collection and delivery, optional careful handling, shipment insurance, delivery-time options, receipt and delivery/return confirmations by email, and multi-parcel shipments. The contract will run for up to 10 months or until the allocated amount is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Collection must normally take place within 2 hours of the order. Offers must be submitted electronically through the eZamawiający platform by 28 August 2026 at 00:00, in Polish. Award criteria are gross price (30%), discount from catalogue prices (30%), response time for collection (30%), and employment of a person with a disability (10%).
