Renovation of MGCK premises in Izbica Kujawska for storage purposes

Summary

This is a single-lot renovation works contract for adapting MGCK premises in Izbica Kujawska for storage use. The works include basement drying and wall injection, new waterproofed floors, renovation of walls, ceilings and finishes, staircase repairs and new railings, door replacement, a widened opening with a new lintel, internal water, wastewater and ventilation systems, and electrical installations including lighting, emergency lighting, sockets, equipment power supply, electric shock protection and surge protection. The contract must be completed within 2 months of signing and no later than 30 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty and statutory liability period carries 40%. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
