Reconstruction and modernization of the civil protection and civil defence warehouse

Summary

The contract covers the reconstruction and modernization of an existing warehouse at Zdunowska 112, Krotoszyn, including construction of paved surfaces and extension of the external sanitary sewer system. The works include demolition, masonry, flooring, plastering, roofing, foundation-wall waterproofing and thermal insulation, electrical and lightning-protection systems, water and sewer installations, heating, ventilation and related finishing works. The contract must be completed by 15 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 and secured with a PLN 6,000 tender guarantee. Award criteria are price (60%) and the extended warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 3 years and the maximum scored period is 5 years. The successful contractor must also provide performance security.
