Renovation of the observation tower at Złota Góra

Summary

The contract covers renovation and conservation of the observation tower at Złota Góra in Brzeźno, Krzymów municipality. The works include repairing or replacing damaged load-bearing elements, platforms, stairs and railings; protecting the structure against further deterioration; renewing wooden and/or steel elements with necessary painting; and improving the immediate surroundings. The contract period is 84 days and the bid submission deadline is 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Bids must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s purchasing platform, in Polish. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are assessed by price (60%), contract completion time (30%), and warranty and statutory liability period (10%).
