Supply of materials for the “Today a Pupil – Tomorrow a Student” project

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of various office equipment and supplies for the project “Today a Pupil – Tomorrow a Student”, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021–2027 programme. The order must be delivered to the contracting authority’s headquarters within 14 working days of signing the contract. The goods must be new, complete, undamaged and properly packaged, with a 24-month warranty and guarantee and replacement of defective materials within 3 working days. The contract is not divided into lots and variant bids are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding until 26 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (85%), delivery time (10%) and the social aspect of employing or assigning one person with a disability for at least a quarter of a full-time position (5%).
