Construction of a fitness trail at ZSP 4, 34 Soltysowicka Street, Wroclaw, under WBO No. 1/2024 “Green and Safe” – Stage 6 Soltysowice

The procurement concerns construction of a fitness trail at ZSP 4, 34 Soltysowicka Street, Wroclaw, including site preparation, safe surfacing, recreational and playground equipment, sports and recreation area landscaping, and planting and maintenance of greenery. The contract has two tasks: construction of the fitness trail, to be completed within 4 months of contract signing, and maintenance of the greenery for up to 12 months after the construction works are completed. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 12:00. The evaluation covers price (60%), the construction manager’s professional experience (20%), employment of young, disabled or unemployed persons (5%), and the warranty and statutory guarantee period (15%).
