Adaptation of buildings and rooms for collective protection facilities in Głowaczów and Ursynów

Summary

The contract covers construction works and supplies to adapt buildings and rooms for collective protection facilities at PSP sites in Głowaczów and Ursynów. The works must follow the design documentation and bill of quantities and be completed within 70 days. The contractor must provide at least a 36-month quality guarantee, use new and legally approved construction materials, provide certificates or attestations when required, secure and clean the site, and comply with construction, health and safety, fire-safety, sanitary and environmental regulations. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 00:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required.
