Removal of illegal dumps and cleaning of areas in the City of Szczecin

Summary

The contract covers the removal of illegal dumps, collection, loading, transport and management of municipal and other non-hazardous and hazardous waste, including area cleaning, heavy-equipment use and placement of waste containers in the City of Szczecin. The service period is 12 calendar months from the contract date, but not earlier than 1 January 2027. The tender must cover the entire contract; variants and partial bids are not permitted. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia Platform by 4 September 2026 at 09:00. The bid must include a PLN gross price and unit prices for the specified service categories. Evaluation is based on price (60%), service response time for areas up to 3,000 m² (30%) and vehicle emissions (10%). A bid guarantee of PLN 5,600 and performance security of 5% of the offered total price are required.
