Revitalisation of the historic park in Bydgoskie Przedmieście – stage IV construction works

Summary

The contract covers the revitalisation of the historic park in Bydgoskie Przedmieście, Toruń, stage IV. The works include renovating park paths, replacing and modernising park lighting with 103 LED lighting columns, renovating the fountain and its sanitary systems, and renovating and modernising playground no. 2. The contractor must also organise and secure the construction site, protect trees and greenery, manage waste, prepare handover and DNSH documentation, meet accessibility and universal-design requirements, and comply with the project documentation and applicable standards. The works must start no later than 3 days after contract signing and no later than 25 September 2026, and must be completed within 5 months of signing. Price is the only award criterion. A PLN 45,000 bid guarantee is required, and performance security is also required. Bids and documents must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s procurement platform, in Polish.
