Adaptation of part of the primary school building in Kwidzyn into a temporary shelter facility

Summary

The procurement concerns construction works to adapt parts of the basement areas of a primary school complex in Kwidzyn into temporary shelter facilities. There are two lots: Building A for up to 200 people without persons with disabilities, and Building C for up to 200 people including persons with disabilities. The works include structural strengthening, sanitary facilities, an external emergency exit, electrical and ventilation installations, general refurbishment and replacement of internal doors. Each lot must be completed within 77 days. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and price is the only award criterion. A bid guarantee of PLN 16,000 is required for each lot, and a performance guarantee is also required. Bids and documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 00:00.
