Supply of computer equipment, peripherals and office software for the Education Authority in Krakow

Summary

The procurement covers seven lots for the Krakow Education Authority: 28 laptops, 7 desktop computers, 12 monitors, 12 wireless keyboard-and-mouse sets, 2 colour A3 multifunction devices, one UPS set with four battery modules, and 35 Microsoft Office LTSC Standard or equivalent office-software licences. Offers may be submitted for all lots. Delivery is required within a maximum of 14 calendar days after contract signature. Offers must be submitted electronically through the e-Zamówienia platform in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are price and delivery-related quality criteria: for lots 1–4, price 60%, warranty 20% and delivery period 20%; for lots 5–7, price 60% and delivery period 40%.
