Small emergency repair works for heating, water, sewerage, ventilation, gas and electrical installations in 2026, second period

Summary

The contract covers small emergency and routine repair and renovation works for buildings administered by Zakład Gospodarki Lokalowej w Mikołowie. Lot 1 concerns heating, hot-water, water and sewerage, ventilation and gas installations, including heat-exchange stations, boiler rooms and heating substations. Lot 2 concerns electrical installation repairs in residential and public-use buildings. Bids may be submitted for both lots. The contract period is up to 90 calendar days from signing, no later than 31 December 2026 or until the allocated funds are exhausted. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation: gross price 60%, warranty period 20% and response time and commencement of works 20%.
