Modernization of the ZSP-1 facility (replacement of the sports field surface)

Summary

The contract concerns construction works to replace the external sports field surface at Primary School No. 1 in Ustroń as part of the modernization of the ZSP-1 facility. The entire contract must be delivered as one package within 8 weeks of signing. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 08:00 and will be assessed by price (60%) and the warranty and defect-liability period (40%). The successful contractor must provide a 5% performance guarantee, maintain civil liability insurance of at least PLN 300,000, employ workers carrying out direct construction activities under employment contracts, and prepare as-built documentation.
