Extension of the village community center in Libiszów Kolonia

Summary

This works contract concerns extending the village community center in Libiszów Kolonia on plots 154 and 155, cadastral district 0016. The works include foundations, masonry, roof demolition and construction, roofing, insulation, electrical and lightning-protection systems, plastering, joinery, floors, external paving, site clean-up, as-built surveying and obtaining the final occupancy permit on behalf of the contracting authority. The works must be completed within 3 months of signing the contract. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 10:00, and the offer must be prepared in Polish. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for the works and installed materials for 40%. The warranty offered must be between 36 and 60 months.
