Replacement of floor coverings and construction of new floor layers in University of Lodz buildings, divided into lots

Summary

The procurement concerns the replacement of floor coverings and construction of new floor layers in selected rooms of two University of Lodz buildings, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers PVC and carpet flooring works at the Faculty of Management building on Matejki Street; Lot 2 covers the replacement and construction of floor layers at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science building on Banacha Street. Each lot must be completed within 30 days. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The bid deadline is 4 September 2026 at 00:00. Submission and communication are electronic, in Polish, through the purchasing platform, and an electronic catalogue is required. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty and statutory liability (40%).
