Construction of the OLiOC warehouse

Summary

The procurement covers the design and construction of the OLiOC warehouse in a design-and-build formula, including preparation of the building design and construction works such as site preparation, warehouse construction, finishing works, electrical installations and surfaces. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. A site visit before submitting the bid is mandatory, unless the bidder attended the site visit during the previous procedure; failure to attend leads to rejection. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 09:00. The bid must include a PLN 12,000 tender guarantee, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 2% of the total gross bid price. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be at least 36 months and may be scored up to 60 months.
