Thermal modernization of the roof of Rybak Cinema in Łeba – insulation and replacement of the roof covering

Summary

The contract covers the thermal modernization of the roof of the Rybak Cinema building in Łeba, including removal and disposal of the existing roof covering and roof structure, insulation of the attic floor and flat roof, installation of a vapour-permeable layer, new ceramic tile and bituminous roof coverings, gutters, flashings and chimney finishing. The contractor must also secure and organize the site, provide utilities and surveying services at its own cost, remove waste, provide as-built documentation in two copies and comply with the specified work schedule.
